CHICAGO (April 1, 2005) — The San Jose Group announced today the hiring of Maribel Chacon as vice president of marketing and advertising services. Chacon has over 14 years experience developing and executing marketing programs in the multi-cultural arena.

Chacon previously worked for The San Jose Group for several years as director of client services. In this role she led the development of marketing and advertising campaigns for a variety of clients including Hanes, ComEd, Ameritech, Hormel, ATA and FleetBoston Financial. Chacon returns to The San Jose Group from GlobalHue where she was responsible for all Midwest multi-cultural initiatives for DaimlerChrysler. Chacon began her career holding a variety of roles with increasing responsibilities in the marketing and media industry, serving clients such as Coca Cola, RJ Reynolds, Miller Lite and Budweiser.
