The San Jose Group Is Movin’ On Up

CHICAGO (August 26, 2004) — George L. San Jose announced today that The San Jose Group is moving its Chicago headquarters to a new Michigan Avenue location.

The new space, which sits on the 24th floor of 233 N. Michigan Avenue, is considered one of the most prestigious business addresses in downtown Chicago, offering spectacular views of Lake Michigan, the Chicago River, Millennium Park and surrounding downtown business and residential high-rises.

According to SJG sources, the move has been prompted to accommodate the agency’s healthy growth rate and will come with the added bonus of a fully customized office environment. “The space is currently in raw condition, which gives us the opportunity to craft the ideal agency setting from the ground up,” said SJG President, George L. San Jose.

Mr. San Jose said that he has commissioned a renowned architectural firm to build the space out to the agency’s specifications. The “new look,” which counted on input from the entire agency team, will combine contemporary and traditional furnishings with comfort, functionality and state-of-the-art resources and amenities for SJG’s employees and its Clients.

SJG’s offices will include several conference rooms, a cyber-cafe-inspired employee lounge and a mix of executive offices and workstations in an area of approximately 12,000 square feet. A tentative move-in date has been set for October 29, 2004.
